16 Days to Make Girls Heard: Day 3

During the 16 days campaign to 'make girls heard' the World Association wants to get 1,000 pledges from girls, boys, women and men around the world to stop the violence and speak out for the rights of girls.

At the recent Girl Scouts of the USA's National Convention in Houston, Texas, on the 10 to 13th November, friends of WAGGGS USA collected nearly 1,000 pledges to stop the violence. Pledges ranged from girls promising to intervene when they witness bullying, to women pledging to spread the campaign in their communities.
