You’ve added yFrom a whisper to a shoutour voice to the Stop the Violence campaign and have organised your own campaign activity – but there is more you can do. Join our Advocacy Network to be part of a global movement creating real change for girls and young women.

The Advocacy Network will promote and support Stop the Violence in Girl Guiding and Girl Scouting organizations around the world, and will help those organizations to find the knowledge and resources they need to continue the campaign in their countries.

We need a wide range of people for the Advocacy Network, from seasoned experts to committed and inspirational young women.

Make a difference

As a member of the Advocacy Network, you will:

  • Consult with the Global Advocacy Campaign planning team to develop the campaign strategy
  • Help to develop activities and resources relevant to your Member Organization and testing them with local groups
  • Help to distribute resources and integrate initiatives into your Member Organization’s programmes
  • Promote and communicate about the campaign to key people in the Member Organization, as well as to external audiences such as the media and partners
  • Communicate and report to the planning team activities that are being done in your Member Organization so that we can measure and evaluate the impact of the campaign
  • Assist with building the Member Organizations’ capacity to deliver campaigns and projects under the Global Advocacy Campaign banner
