Uganda - Building Capacity in Leaders - Training for trainers and leaders to delivery quality guiding
The Uganda Girl Guides Association aims to provide high quality training at all levels of the organization. They hope to build the capacity of guide leaders through training in basic guiding knowledge, skills, and values. The funding will provide training for trainers who will use the UGGA training scheme to deliver training to patrol leaders. Community outreach work will aim to provide a meeting space for young people after school through girl guiding.
