The Federação de Bandeirantes do Brasil is planning an event which requires UKP £4775Project objective:To begin working in a new way, finding strategies to develop the Association.To use consultation and discussion to improve the function of the AssociationTo develop new training methods.To involve more young people in decision-making.Planned activities: Panels, discussion groups, presentations and exhibitions relating to young people.Meetings of Leaders of the whole of Brazil.Support to the Regions through visits and experience and information exchange. Specific help depending on the needs and the reality of each locality.Expected results:All adults involved in the Association will be more confident and proactive and will be ready to involve many young people in Girl Scouting.Leaders and Guiders will be become volunteers with a professional attitude.
