Centenary of Girl Guiding and Girl Scouting

2012 is our final centenary year, and this year we asking you to SHARE! We are asking all Girl Guides and Girl Scouts throughout the world to join together on the 10 April 2012 and to celebrate 100 years of changing lives.

Girls' World Forum 2012In July 12 – 16 2012, the final centenary Forum will take place in Chicago, USA. Hosted by the Girl Scouts of USA and WAGGGS, the Girls’ World Forum will see delegates from all over the world come together and engage with the UN Millennium Development Goals. Read more…

The first of the Young Women’s World Forum (YWWF) 2010 was a success. From 19 to 24 October 2010, 170 young women from 90 countries gathered in Enstone, Oxfordshire, UK, to learn about the Millennium Development Goals. Read the daily updates.
