Girl Guiding and Girl Scouting has been changing countless lives for the last 100 years. As the Movement enters its second century, we want to use our final centenary celebration year to ensure another 100 years of changing lives.

Girl Guides and Girl Scouts throughout the world do important work for their communities, countries and the world. But unfortunately this too often goes unnoticed by those outside the Movement. In the final year of the centenary we want you to Share your Girl Guiding and Girl Scouting story to increase people’s understanding of the Movement. We want to make others aware of all the important work that Girl Guides and Girl Scout do to change lives, so we can increase our membership, increase our funding and our influence. In short, so we can change more lives in the next century.

The 2012 Centenary Pack provides ideas on how you can Share your story with others. We also have a Communications Resource section on the Member’s Area which will provide you with tools to help you share your story with others.
