Join a campaign

MDG 7: Ensure Environmental Sustainability If you add your voice to the millions of others participating in actions around the world you will make a difference to climate change.

There are many petitions, competitions and other actions you can join. You could plant a tree for WAGGGS Global Citizenship Awardee and Nobel Laureate Wangari Maathai and lots more.

MDG 7: Ensure Environmental Sustainability With a membership base of 10 million girls and young women and 1.5million volunteers in 145 countries, the international Girl Guiding and Girl Scouting Movement can significantly contribute to solving climate change. WAGGGS works with global partners, international youth NGOs and UN agencies, to achieve maximum impact.
