Fundraising Complaints

The World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts is committed to transparency, openness and honesty in all our dealings with our donors, members and other supporters. Sometimes however we can make unintended mistakes.  It is therefore important that those who give us support in any way have access to an accredited means of making a fundraising complaint and, if necessary, ensure a process by which this can be examined by an outside agency. In this case the investigation and resolution of fundraising complaints which cannot be settled at a local level will be carried out by the Fundraising Standards Board (FRSB).
