Day four
Monday – From culture differences to advocacy
The day started as usual with flag ceremony and reflection.
It continued by wonderful game, which was about teamwork and leading skills. All tried their best, but Japanese engineering ability was the best and managed to construct the building almost correctly. Our further discussion was interrupted by an interesting opportunity to see a wild cobra, which was caught near the Sangam playground.
After this session we had marvellous time discussing cultural differences and we enjoyed presenting those differences in creative ways. All the things that we’ve done during the day led to an advocacy theme. We got a lot of new information, which will help us to plan and do our own advocacy.
Because of tiredness of participants, it was a pleasant surprise to get free WAGGGS t-shirts. All of us felt special among the 10 million guides!
It seems to be the end of the day, but it is only starting for the night discussions and sharing experiences.
