The participants at this year’s Juliette Low Seminar have been grouped into six patrols, each with a different colour. The names of the patrols are the names of the colours in Hindi.

From your daily reports it looks as if you have all had a marvellous time and devloped leadership and several other skills. I hope that you will take all your new experinces home and really make an impact in your member organisations so that girls and young women can continue to benefit from Guiding/Scouting and make a better world!

With 42 of you from 42 countries, your JLS has to be the most diverse ever held at Sangam!
What a HUGE opportunity for finding out about other cultures, making life-long friends, and learning about how you each operate in a multi-cultural environment, and getting the most out of the Sangam experience.
Way back I was a JL participant and have run 2 JLS events at Sangam so can imagine what a buzz it must be for you all and everyone at Sangam.
Live your JLS experience to the full, be inspired by one another, embrace the diversity of Guiding, fill your minds and hearts with wonderful memories and connections, and share them as widely as possible on your return home.

Annabelle - good to see you arrived in one piece and are smiling as always. I hope this week is everything you hoped for, and will give you lots to take back home to benefit Innovate and your other leadership roles. Have a great time - some of the friends you make here will last a lifetime.
