Young women leaders from 16 countries explored practical ways in which Girl Guiding and Girl Scouting positively impacts issues of inclusion and diversity at a round table from 23 to 27 April in the UK. The event was organized by Girlguiding UK and the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS).

The round table brought together associations from around the world to explore practical ways in which Girl Guiding and Girl Scouting can be fully inclusive of girls from all social, economic, political and religious backgrounds.

The event took place in Latimer Place, Chesham, UK, and participants shared current work and initiatives that are happening in associations in the area of Inclusion/Diversity.

The outcomes will be put on the WAGGGS Network as part of the ongoing initiative in the sharing of good practices.
