Elisenda Casellas What role can Girl Guides/Girl Scouts have in ensuring that talking about sex becomes more acceptable and that girls and young women have access to the appropriate information and services?

Steve Nicholas I think that the problem is not a lack of information or problem accessing it but the content itself. From my own experience at school we were bombarded with facts about the how it all works and the dangers of disease etc. What I feel is that the information given should focus less on medical facts and more on the responsiblities of motherhood, taking the shame away from contraceptive use and having the confidence to use it when the situation arises.
