The Alliance of Youth CEOs
WAGGGS is one of six of the largest international youth organizations which forms the ’Alliance of Youth Chief Executives’ which collaborates on policy issues affecting young people. So far the CEO Group has produced four documents:

Members of the Alliance of Youth CEOs are WAGGGS, World Organization of the Scout Movement, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, World Alliance of YMCA, World YWCA, and the International Award Association.
The Alliance of Youth CEOs comprises the Chief Executive Officers:
- Batholomew Shaha, Secretary General – World Alliance of Young Men’s Christian Associations (YMCA)
- Musimbi Kanyoro, General Secretary – World Young Women’s Christian Association (YWCA)
- Eduardo Missoni, Secretary General – World Organisation of the Scout Movement (WOSM)
- Mary Mc Phail, Chief Executive – World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS)
- Markku Niskala, Secretary General – International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC)
- Gillian Shirazi, Secretary General – International Award Association (IAA)
Collectively, they reach over 100 million young people in over 200 countries and territories.
