Today was ’Young and future generation Day’, dedicated to events and issues relating to youth. Throughout the day WAGGGS members where involved in running a side event in the youth arcade, being interviewed with Climate Change TV and attending panel discussions.

At the youth reception WAGGGS presented an effective introduction to the evening, singing the song ’One voice’ as a symbol of youth unity. Yvo de Boer was the guest speaker at the event and we where all very excited to see him.

Youth and future generation day was a lot of work and left us all very tired. However it was a really fun day and we showed everyone what WAGGGS was all about, being very involved in many elements of the day. We all look forward to what the rest of this week is going to hold for us.
